In this role, you have the opportunity to
Act as a partner of assigned Markets / business to make sure that there is healthy balance between demand, supply and sales on short/mid term, Sales and Inventory are optimized and Customers expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met.
You are responsible for
Drives collaboration with sales, businesses, project managers, and integrated supply chain teams to ensure alignment on revenue plan.
Leading Sales & Operational Execution process for dedicated Districts and Businesses including Supply Planning, Markets Supply Chain, and Order Management.
Facilitates the Revenue Planning process, guarantees precision with business goals.
Making sure that Customer’s expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met.
Driving improvement of execution in forecast and delivery accuracy, provide strong expertise throughout the entire End-2-End (E2E) process, and strengthen operational planning capabilities at all levels
Collaborating with Markets, Integrated Supply Chain and Business functions to ensure that demand and supply are properly balanced to control inventory.
Facilitating the short/mid-term customer orders planning and execution activities.
Driving improvement initiatives to enable sales growth and inventory to maximize fulfillment of the demand in markets.
Using data driven approach to understand and identify the improvement opportunities.
Leads the integration of advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance forecast precision.
You are a part of
Sales & Operational Execution team which is part of Supply planning group within Integrated Supply Chain organization. Team is in the middle of Health Systems execution process ensuring proper links and communication within cross-functional organization working on smooth execution of Customer orders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent
> 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and operations management
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma or Supply Chain and Operations management
Strong continuous improvement mindset
Customer focus and quality minded
Strong experience working in diverse teams in complex business
Experience in using O9, Power BI and Data Analysis Tools is a plus.
Working experience in Multi-cultural environment.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
