Job Description:
- Ensure that all vehicles are operationally ready for lease or courtesy use by conducting thorough checks and maintenance.
- Collect vehicles from customers due for servicing or repair, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Plan and coordinate the schedules for vehicle servicing and repairs to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Verify that all work performed on vehicles aligns with the submitted quotations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Ensure that repair work meets the high standards set by vendors or suppliers, maintaining quality control.
- Conduct daily inspections to check the cleanliness and mechanical condition of all vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition.
- Arrange for vehicles to undergo annual statutory inspections, complying with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain diligent records of daily petrol consumption for all vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist hirers in accurately filling out accident reports, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage the delivery and collection of vehicles scheduled for servicing or repair, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
- Oversee the delivery and collection of vehicles rented out by the department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure that all vehicles are serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations, maintaining optimal performance.
- Verify vehicle servicing packages against GDMS before sending vehicles to external or internal workshops, ensuring consistency.
- Promptly update Salesforce with relevant information before and after jobs are completed, maintaining accurate records.
- Update the Web Client on vehicle movements in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and communication.
- Manage breakdown mobile services, providing prompt assistance in case of vehicle issues.
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as tasked by the Operation Executive, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Candidates with GCE 'O' Levels and above are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service is essential.
