Job Summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst II in Singapore. This position allows you to tap into your expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Oracle CPQ systems to improve sales processes and provide an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting detailed data analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Supporting and optimizing sales processes to ensure flawless execution.
  • Managing and proposing forecast process optimization and accuracy.
  • Maintaining customer data management within the CRM and integrated systems.
  • Coordinating CRM management to maintain data integrity and improve user experience.
  • Providing CPQ and quoting support to ensure accurate and efficient pricing and configurations.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field with emphasis on CRM. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Oracle CPQ business systems.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including advanced functions and data manipulations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
