Job Description

Mission

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by promoting Coface products and services. Enhance market penetration, introduce new solutions, and optimize sales performance through effective targeting, tailored proposals, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & Product Promotion

  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
  • Present and recommend suitable products based on client needs.
  • Identify decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Develop proposals and quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Generate new opportunities for both existing and new products.
  • Forecast sales and ensure achievement of annual targets.
  • Support execution of marketing initiatives with regional teams.

2. Negotiation & Reporting

  • Lead commercial negotiations through to contract signing.
  • Track client feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting using internal systems.

3. Market & Portfolio Management

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client movements.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve product competitiveness.

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and partners.
  • Represent Coface at networking events, trade shows, and industry activities.

5. Risk & Compliance

  • Adhere to Coface underwriting and compliance standards.
  • Partner with Risk teams to manage portfolio performance and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (credit insurance, banking, financial services, or credit management preferred).
  • Experience in B2C, broker, or partnership sales is an advantage.
  • Understanding of credit insurance and economic market trends.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and risk management principles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Team-oriented with high discipline and accountability

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Coface tools (Sm@rt, Cofanet, CUBE) is a plus
