As a Sales Manager, lead a team of Financial Consultants to drive sales growth, maintain performance, and execute sales strategies. Responsible for hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving sales targets.
Job Description As a Sales Manager, the key deliverable is to lead a team of Financial Consultants to drive sales growth and manage the team in accordance to the organization policies and procedures. You will also be the first point of contact for our Financial Consultants to support the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include:
- Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies as set by the management to achieve the sales targets for his/her team
- Maintain a team of highly motivated Financial Consultants to maximise the sales productivity and to monitor their performance to ensure the development of their full potential
- To ensure that high quality service standards are carried out by the Financial Consultants and sales are conducted in the accordance to the regulations prescribed by the authoritative bodies
- Implement department objectives, policies and procedures and to coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology
- Effectively hire and attract new Financial Consultants to expand your team and Agency salesforce
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- A superior performance record and strong leadership skills is essential
- Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
- Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player
- Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization
- CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent
