Job Description:
To develop and grow the business of screw type air compressors in Asia market region, thru sales channel partner management to meet the business target allocated.
The Job
- Set up and implement effective sales strategy in the responsible region.
- Develop and manage existing sales channel or new channel in assign to promote all - stationery, portable compressor, vacuum and accessories.
- Drive New channel management is key importance
- Co-ordinate and organize the sales & marketing activities with distributor to achieve the sales target
- Drive and coach distributor’s sales team.
- Ensure strong relationship built with distributors all level and end-user directly.
- Implement and support the marketing strategy, make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile, product price in order to enlarge market share and reinforce company market image
- Study the distributor weakness and develop the tool to boost them.
- Quarterly review with distributor on their performance and built more challenges.
- Need to be very customer focus to support customer complaint and maintain good client services in terms of quality, delivery, technical support & after sales service, etc.
- Monitor and control sales expenses, thus ensure fulfillment of sales objectives and sales payment collection
- Will have regional assignment 2-4 countries
- On time reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical industry but advantage with screw type air compressor experience
- Must have channel management skill
- Team working spirit
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive in solution solving skill
- With high sales drive and desire
- Willing to travel within Southeast Asia (>50%)
