The Job
-
Responsible for Digital Solution sales in local financial industry (bank/ insurance)
-
Responsible for account planning and sales strategies
-
Hunt for new accounts and expand client base in financial industry
-
Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions to meet customer needs
-
Bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities
-
Develops required client relationships in order to build client trust and gain deeper insight to client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial long-term client relationships
-
Lead business development activities, such as responding to opportunities, preparing materials for client presentations and pitches, and taking part in marketing activities
-
Establish and maintain all level of strong client relationship
-
Understand client businesses and offer sound solution / products that translates to profitable business development opportunities.

Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmaps.
Job Requirements
-
Min. degree in Information Technology / Info-Communication / Finance or equivalent
-
Min. 8 years of sales experience, preferably in solution sales within financial industry
-
Prior working experience with global Solution Provider or in an end-user environment is advantageous
-
Sales experience in Singapore / SEA market will be preferred
-
Solid credentials in selling, bidding & winning complex projects
-
Good customer contacts
-
Sound understanding of digital technology and solutions and passionate in latest technology trends (such as FinTech/ InsureTech)
-
Experience in corporate presentation to C-suite clients or management level will be an added advantage
