Job Description

  • Drive business growth within the SEA region by leveraging on the existing customer portfolio and expanding the distribution network.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve company`s objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost market share.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customers` requirements.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Generate regular reports on customers performance, plans, and sales strategies.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently embodying company values.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in industrial sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities to thrive independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional SEA spoken language is advantageous.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Office applications.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly across the SEA region
