Senior Director, Consulting 

Philippines/ Indonesia

As a Director/Senior Director at Kantar’s Consulting Division, you will be essential in driving and increasing growth opportunities with clients in the APAC region. Your main responsibility will be generating sales revenue from both new and existing clients in the region. This involves tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Your expertise and ability to identify new business opportunities will be vital in nurturing valuable client relationships.

Commercial sales and delivery excellence:  

  • Craft the most appropriate integrated consulting solution to meet client needs.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.
  • Successfully convert opportunities into consulting engagements
  • Partner with clients across the marketing journey, from long-range strategy to in-market activation
  • Lead project teams from briefing through to delivery, providing mentorship and support.
  • Collaborate with senior clients to review completed projects, share valuable insights, and organize strategic workshops.

Offer and People Leadership

  • Improve and develop our expertise offerings, acting as a subject matter expert with clients and internal teams.
  • Coach and mentor the team, providing on-the-job training and regular sessions on marketing, sales, and broader business-related topics.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore Consulting Leadership Team to drive business success in reputation, topline growth, operational efficiencies, and people matters.
  • Contribute to raising the profile of Kantar externally through the publication of thought-provoking articles and speaking engagements at public or conferences.

Capabilities and experience

  • Around 15 years of relevant experience in a client role and/or as a consultant.
  • Proven track record of generating business sales and recognition.
  • Excellent client management skills, including the ability to engage in challenging conversations.
  • Experience in leading teams and being accountable for people and business responsibility.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business dynamics and a commercial focus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively influence senior members of the organization.
  • Experience working with clients within the APAC region and a strong network.
  • Proficient in effectively managing diverse groups of individuals and collaborating across different departments and areas within the organization.
  • Deep practitioner skills in one of the following areas: foresight, early innovation, upstream commercial and brand strategy, strategy activation into organizations, strategy activation into market
