A bit about the job:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our APAC Distribution team, based in Singapore. In this role, you will support our Sales Directors in developing new business and engaging directly with clients in line with the APAC strategy. You will play a key role in generating leads and building a strong pipeline of opportunities through client research and fact-finding. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client follow-ups, driving opportunities through the sales pipeline, and tracking prospective client activities to provide regular updates to the team. You will also contribute to marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns with Investment Directors, Sales Directors, and Marketing colleagues, and support the preparation of presentation materials and sales collateral. Acting as a liaison between sales and other business areas, you will help coordinate responses to client requests and use tools like LinkedIn and Mandate Wire to identify and engage the right contacts. Additionally, you will assist with event planning and post-event follow-up, ensuring client interactions are logged and success criteria are monitored.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working in business distribution.

  • Solid understanding of public markets and investment products. Understanding of private markets an advantage.   

  • client, market and regulatory trends.

  • Ability to analyse Proficient user of lead generation and sales management tools.

  • Currently working towards IMC, CAIA or CFA, or desire to do so.
