We are looking for a Sales & IT Project Manager with strong experience in sales and delivery within the manufacturing and trading industries. This role will involve identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and leading project delivery post-contract.

We are looking for a Sales & IT Project Manager with strong experience in sales and delivery within the manufacturing and trading industries. This role will involve identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and leading project delivery post-contract.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new IT project business opportunities.
- Promote ABeam Consulting’s capabilities to potential clients.
- Initiate and develop client relationships and uncover needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather resources and form project proposals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
- Manage project delivery after securing the contract.
- Act as a Project Manager during delivery phase.
- Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
- Oversee system implementation projects such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and RPA tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any IT related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales/ business development experience in a consulting firm.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process reengineering (BPR).
- Experience in system implementation involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, or RPA tools.
- Proven track record of both business development and delivery in consulting.
- Possess sales and business development experience within the manufacturing and trading sectors.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (in order to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients).
- Experience with Generative AI-related projects is a plus.
