As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities
- Sales Calls and Demos: Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. Use persuasive communication skills to address prospect questions and objections, and highlight how the offering can meet their needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their businesses, challenges, and goals. Establish yourself and the company as a trusted advisor through effective communication and rapport building.
- Qualify leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities. Understand the prospect's requirements, pain points, and budget to determine the fit with the company's products or services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage your time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Employ strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and close deals. Understand prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to navigate through the sales cycle and secure contracts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain a cohesive sales strategy.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve the sales approach and optimize the product offering.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role.
- B2B (business-to-business) environment experience.
- Extensive experience with end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
