The Associate Telemarketing role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our financial products and services through outbound calls. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to engage potential clients in meaningful discussions about their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's financial products and services.
- Contact leads and convert them into clients.
- Identify potential prospects and evaluate their needs based on financial goals and investment interests.
- Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with Financial Advisors or Sales Representatives.
- Provide basic information about financial products and address initial inquiries accurately and professionally.
- Record client interactions and update contact information in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Handle client complaints to ensure a positive experience and foster interest in the company's offerings.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a professional and friendly telephone demeanor.
