This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, cultivating lasting relationships, and delivering high-value technical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.About the RoleClient Engagement and Relationship ManagementEffectively manage inquiries by understanding client needs, providing comprehensive information about products or services, and guiding potential clients through the sales funnel to ensure successful conversions and closures.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Develop long-term partnerships with clients, offering advisory support beyond transactions, and identifying opportunities for value addition.
Focus on retaining clients by identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring seamless support, gathering feedback for improvement, and enhancing service quality based on client input.
Sales Generation and Revenue GrowthDrive sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.
Meet or exceed revenue targets by converting leads into profitable business deals.
Market Analysis and Strategy DevelopmentConduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Develop effective business strategies aligned with market insights to drive company growth.
Partnership Development and NetworkingEstablish strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders.
Expand the company's network by engaging with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Strategic Planning and ReportingContribute to the development of strategic business plans in alignment with growth objectives.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform decision-making.
About YouMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Building services or a related field.
Knowledge of various Building M&E system including Lightings, electrical panel, genset, fire protection and ACMV System.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
