What You Will Do

Rotational Exposure

Participants rotate across Johnson Controls’ key products, solutions, and business portfolios:

  • HVAC
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Fire & Security Solutions
  • Performance Contracting
  • Critical infrastructure segments (data centers, government facilities, healthcare institutions and more)

Learn & Build Technical Capability

  • Structured onboarding with dedicated mentors
  • Hands-on learning to HVAC, BMS, fire & security, and digital solutions
  • Understand how integrated systems deliver energy efficiency, sustainability, safety, and smart building outcomes

Engage with Customers

  • Shadow experienced sales managers during customer visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions
  • Learn how technical concepts are translated into customer value propositions
  • Gain firsthand insight into industry operations and customer needs

Gain Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Project & Service Operations, and the Global Center of Excellence
  • Learn how pricing, selections, and commercial terms shape complete customer proposals

Support Proposal & Solution Development

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with guidance
  • Understand pricing frameworks, solution positioning, and JCI’s competitive differentiators

End-to-End Project Lifecycle

  • Participate in the full sales lifecycle: opportunity qualification, proposal, execution, and post-sales engagement
  • Learn how engineering, project delivery, and service teams collaborate to deliver strong customer experiences

What we look for:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background) with 1-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Self-driven, positive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion for engaging with clients and solving technical challenges
  • Learning and mentorship would be provided
