Responsible for generating leads, managing sales funnels, developing customer relationships, and selling AutoStore solutions primarily in Singapore.
Kardex AutoStore is seeking a passionate Sales Engineer with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment to be based in Singapore.
He/she will be responsible for developing the pipeline of sales for our AutoStore solutions and growing the business primarily in Singapore. He/she shall be highly motivated and have the commercial skills and experience to grow a business from start-up to established success.

Your tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generation and qualification of leads and management of sales funnels
- Development of new key customers from selected target industries
- Qualification and development of opportunities for AutoStore projects
- Sales of AutoStore solutions, lead the sales phase from acquisition until contract
- Creation of optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Business administration or technical degree in engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales and consulting.
- Proven background in sales of automated intralogistics solutions will be an advantage.
- Proven business development experience in developing new customers, managing potential target accounts from the selected industries and maintaining a healthy sales pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative nature - ability to establish effective working relationships across functions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Microsoft office suite knowledge including OneNote.
- English – fluent (both spoken and written).
- Travel in-country/within the region – Medium to High.
