Snowflake is seeking motivated people with a passion for technology and the drive to build an incredible career in SaaS sales. The sales development team plays a critical role in the growth of our organization. Our team works in collaboration with sales and marketing, nurturing leads and setting qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business and new revenue. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU GET TO: 

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers

  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns

  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email

  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams 

  • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in prospecting roles within the technology industry

  • Exceptional in-person, phone, and written communication skills

  • Fluency in both English and Thai, as you will be working on both local and international accounts

  • A proven track record of achieving significant results in roles with a sales target or similar such KPIs

  • Demonstrated confidence in interacting and communicating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels

  • Ability to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and stay self-motivated

  • Familiarity with a range of tools and platforms, including but not limited to SFDC, LinkedIn, Outreach, and other relevant tech tools

  • Curious about our product/industry/best practices

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
