In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for onboarding and driving revenue from new clients into Magnite, through identifying key partners and assessing inbound leads.
  • Prospect, secure, and grow relationships with premium "publishers" and supply partners in the video and omnichannel ecosystem. Publishers include media owners, content producers, O&O websites/apps, connected devices, and OTT providers that want to monetize across various environments (desktop, mobile, CTV, etc.).
  • Identify and build relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C-suite) of premium supply partners, with particular attention to OTT tier one partners.
  • Research and identify a target account list for designated markets, kept up to date with the evolving digital landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritised account list with a tiered relationship engagement plan.
  • Effectively understand clients' current and future needs and how the Magnite product suite can support their own digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Magnite solutions against competitors.
  • Educate partners to utilize the full suite of Magnite’s Ad Serving, SSP, and Platform tools & products.
  • Understand the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth.
  • Capture and relay product feedback from Platform clients to various Magnite stakeholders.
  • Effectively & proactively communicate strategy and solutions to the account team and management.
  • Partner with Platform, Supply, and Demand operations teams to best understand needs and develop sales strategies to meet Magnite objectives
  • Partner with Asia marketing teams to develop and attract partner involvement in press releases, case studies, thought leadership, business social sharing, and custom events.
  • Be an active and positive presence within the Magnite Asia family.
  • Travel 10-20% of the time.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the online digital space working with premium publishers, networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange platforms.
  • The ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • A strong ability to present to small and large groups, including industry events.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage in detailed conversations and build relationships with clients of all seniority levels.
  • The ability to manage large amounts of information, multi-stakeholder projects, and administrative processes
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and technical environment.
  • The ability to independently and proactively identify, engage, and drive prospects through the pre-sales and onboarding process
  • An existing network of publisher relationships across Asia
  • A deep understanding of ad-decisioning and programmatic monetisation workflows
  • A deep understanding of the possibilities, limitations, and the buy- and sell-side implications of various types of SSP-integrations, such as: direct tags, prebid, Google Open/Exchange bidding, API/oRTB protocols
