  • Conduct comprehensive market research to map target accounts and prospective clients across the financial sector, including insurance firms, hedge funds, banks, financial institutions, and consultancies.

  • Qualify prospective business opportunities using the BANT methodology across multi-channel outreach campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to craft tailored value propositions and pitch strategies for targeted prospects.

  • Monitor market developments and industry events to conduct meaningful prospect discussions and inform regional marketing strategies.

  • Utilise advanced research tools and sales platforms to identify and evaluate high-potential leads.

  • Partner with Commercial and Account Managers to support pipeline generation and key account prospecting.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect, lead, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM.

What we are looking for

  • Strong commercial understanding of financial institutions and the ability to engage credibly with senior industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with sales technology stacks including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong drive, goal-orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, outbound-focused mindset with strong prospecting discipline.
  • Confident and professional demeanour when engaging executive stakeholders via phone, video, and in person.
  • Strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling, customised sales messaging.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and a proven ability to perform under pressure.
  • Customer-centric approach with high professional standards.
  • Eagerness to learn and advance a long-term career within a high-performing revenue team.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in market trends and disruptive technologies.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
