About You

A dynamic and results-oriented Senior Associate to join our New Equipment Sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales of new equipment to clients, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive new equipment sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment, meeting and exceeding client expectations

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making

  • Continuously seek opportunities for business expansion and growth through innovative sales strategies and market insights

Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Min. 3 years of relevant sales experience; sales experience within elevator or commercial building industry is a plus

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade potential clients

  • Experience in effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a customer-centric approach

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

  • Proficiency in sales analytics, and Microsoft Office suite
