What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible in achieving the company’s sales target by selling bikes and providing excellent service to our valued customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings and market trends
- Analyse market conditions, including pricing, promotions, and new model launches
- Provide professional advice on financing and insurance options to customers
- Ensure compliance with LTA procedures (e.g. bidding, retention, scrapping)
- Execute the full sales process, including:
- Customer engagement and needs assessment
- Product recommendation and selection
- Negotiation and closing
- Delivery, follow-up, and prospecting
- Accurate documentation
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times
- Adhere to company policies and operating procedures
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum O Level with at least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Must have a valid Class 2,2A, 2B driving licence
- Strong sales flair and excellent interpersonal skills
- Target driven with strong customer service skills
