What You’ll Be Doing

As a Denza Sales Consultant, you’ll manage the full customer journey—from first contact to post-delivery support.

Advise on vehicle options, financing, and insurance while coordinating smooth transactions with internal and external teams. Maintain showroom standards, follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

  • Serve walk-in customers, conduct test drives, and engage your network to meet sales targets
  • Advise clients on financing and insurance options; coordinate with banks and insurers
  • Handle trade-ins and ensure all deals go through approved in-house partners
  • Manage all sales documentation, including registration, COE bids, loans, insurance, and delivery
  • Liaise with admin and PDI teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers
  • Maintain Sales Showroom, Display & Test Drive vehicles to brand standards
  • Follow up on web inquiries and update leads, test drives, and prospects in SalesForce
  • Keep clients engaged with product updates, promotions, and new opportunities
  • Conduct final vehicle checks before delivery and assist with service bookings after
  • Join regular sales meetings and uphold company policies and operational standards

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business (or equivalent)
  • Must have a valid Class 3 driving license
  • Confident, hardworking and self-driven. Motivated to drive sales
  • Strong sales closing and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
