Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and administrate the system (purchase order confirmation, invoice revision, tracking numbers).
- Data analysis.
- Generation of all the databases needed for the smooth sales operation.
- Support on the strategic execution for sales.
- Sales support administrator and customer service.
- Coordination with other areas and departments in order to accomplish sales.
- Efficient administration and process of information by using excel tools and creating macros for a better maximization of resources.
- Strategic supervision of the sales and purchasing supervision by receiving and giving intelligence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient with solid follow up skills.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competency in Excel is a must.
