Job Description

  • Work at our partner stores (multiple locations).

  • Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels

  • Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.

  • Data Entry and other Administrative duties

  • Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale

  • Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store.

  • Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager

Qualifications

  • Good communication and people skills.

  • Experience in retail is required.

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

  • Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.
