- Support to sales for order processing and monitoring, liaising with operation team.
- Follow up delivery update from respective factories.
- Monitor payment and delivery with Distributors / Master Dealers
- Checking of Distributors / Master Dealers Monthly PSI report to update actual sales.
- Input payment request and non-trade invoice billing.
- Updating of monthly reports for sales / order received records.
- Perform other administration duties assigned by superior.
- Handle shipping documents.
- Flexible to take on other duties assign from time to time.
