We’re expanding our team and looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Sales Admin Executive to support our fast-moving Sales department. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and an excellent client experience.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare simple agreements (like quotations and invoices) and support the Sales team with administrative tasks
- Create jobsheets and coordinate installation bookings with clients
- Follow up with clients on required documents and payments
- Update and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM
- Assist Marketing and Operations with documents required for BRD meetings
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Min 2 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply as well!
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems
