Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be joining MX(Mobile eXperience) Business Planning team. The role will be a part of business planning and operation by processing sales/marketing budget, co-working with Product Managers and Key Account Managers.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
•    This role is to process marketing and sales budget programs of MX division for advanced planning and operation with guides from Business Planning manager
(creating of program details in ERP)
•    To complete transactions / claims on time
•    Managing and processing of external invoices and expenses
(e.g. Sales rebates, target incentive, promotional support, sell-in / through/out incentive support, price protection or payment in the form of credit note / debit note to / from customers)
•    Analyze sell out numbers from system (GSCM, MCS) and compare with received evidence from partners’ claims for promotion results. 
•    Maintain and upkeep proper & accurate documentation with thorough checking and verification of all the claim evidence to ensure no fraud and mistakes
•    Contact & liaise with customers (Disty / Direct account / Indirect account) to communicate and check on invoices / documentation in order to complete the claims to maintain proper book keeping record of all claims by account based on request from Key Account Managers
 

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
