This exciting opportunity is 100% office based at our Biopolis office. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Managing portfolio of accounts to ensure growth and achieve long-term success 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape 

  • Developing positive relationships and act as the point of contact while handling customer’ needs 

  • Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. 

  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines 

  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks  

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Who are we looking for? 

  • Min Bachelor degree on food science or relevant field  

  • Min 8-10  years working experiences as Sales account manager in food & beverages industry 

  • You're self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented. 

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office  

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
