Leads APAC food ingredient marketing, including team leadership, strategic positioning, customer and market analysis, new product development, product launches, portfolio management, and brand promotion. Collaborates with R&D, applications, supply chain, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities and bring products to market. The role is fully onsite in Singapore and includes occasional international travel within APAC.

Support bakery and confectionery product development by running application trials, sensory and quantitative analyses, formulation and stability studies, pilot/production trials, and customer technical support and trainings. Maintain lab operations and collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to promote flavor and color solutions.
