What you will be responsible for:
- Provide professional security protection services for VIPs, including risk assessment, itinerary planning, close protection, and crisis management, ensuring the personal safety and property security of VIPs.
- Execute protection missions, accompany VIPs to public events, ensure the safety of routes and venues, and guard against potential threats (such as kidnapping, assault, harassment, etc.).
- Strictly comply with VIP confidentiality agreements, as well as local laws, regulations, and cultural customs.
- Strengthen team collaboration, develop and maintain local security resources, manage on-site security teams, and ensure rapid multi-level defensive support.
- Capable of handling emergency crisis situations (such as medical first aid, conflict resolution, natural disasters, etc.), and utilizing defensive tactics or equipment when necessary.
- Provide security training (e.g., anti-theft, anti-kidnapping, robbery prevention, response to shootings, emergency escape skills) and essential safety briefings to expatriate employees.
- Monitor risks dynamically, including local political situations, social unrest, and natural disasters, while producing periodic security reports.
- Possess a basic proficiency in English to meet the requirements of daily work and life.
How you will stand out:
- Veterans or military personnel with excellent character, able to accept long-term assignments for overseas projects or offices designated by the company.
- Proficient in hand-to-hand combat skills, counter-surveillance, counter-eavesdropping, and defensive driving techniques.
- Familiar with security risk assessment and adept at flexible handling of crisis situations.
- Discreet in daily operations, with a strong sense of confidentiality, and calm when dealing with emergencies.
- Excellent physical fitness, with basic medical first-aid skills.
- Strong sense of teamwork and a great sense of responsibility towards work assignments.
- No criminal record, willing to accommodate business travel or emergency tasks outside of standard working hours.
