Turn financial precision into trusted roaming outcomes across APAC.

Are you motivated by financial accuracy, structured execution and international collaboration—and ready to turn complex roaming data into reliable commercial outcomes? Telenor Linx is looking for a Roaming Settlement Manager to join our Roaming Commercial team in Bangkok or Singapore. You will play a central role in delivering accurate accruals, settling roaming discount agreements and ensuring transparent financial follow-up for Telenor Business Units across APAC and beyond.

About the role

This is a role for someone who understands that strong roaming performance depends on accurate financial reporting, disciplined settlement processes and effective partner coordination. As the appointed Roaming Settlement Expert for a portfolio of Telenor Business Units, you will provide monthly roaming revenue and cost accruals and manage the settlement of roaming discount agreements with roaming partners.

You will be the financial and operational bridge between Business Units, roaming partners and Telenor Linx: preparing end-of-period calculations based on signed agreements, communicating and reconciling settlements, and following up the issuance of credit and debit notes, payments and collections.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Roaming Commercial team, Business Unit finance stakeholders, roaming partners, and our data and financial clearing-house vendor. The role combines detailed analysis with proactive follow-through and offers the opportunity to strengthen financial control, resolve complex settlement issues and create clear visibility of settlement status. Occasional travel is part of building effective relationships and delivering together.

What you will own

· Deliver accurate monthly accruals: Provide roaming revenue and cost accruals to assigned Business Units.

· Settle discount agreements: Manage end-of-period settlement calculations for roaming discount agreements based on signed contractual terms.

· Coordinate with roaming partners: Communicate calculations, resolve differences and agree final settlement positions.

· Drive financial follow-up: Monitor the issuance of credit and debit notes and follow through on payments and collections.

· Resolve clearing issues: Coordinate with the data and financial clearing-house vendor on matters related to credit and debit notes and collection.

· Create settlement transparency: Prepare monthly reports showing settlement status across all relevant roaming partners.

If you are driven by results, energised by international collaboration and ready to contribute to a winning team built on Trust, Curiosity and Passion, we would love to hear from you.

Who you are

· You bring a forward-leaning, commercial mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

· You take ownership, initiate action and drive your area forward.

· You are structured, thorough and attentive to financial detail.

· You combine analytical thinking with the ability to work confidently with large data sets.

· You are a collaborative team player who actively seeks support and helps colleagues succeed.

· You communicate clearly and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

· You are culturally aware and comfortable working in an international, virtual environment.

What you bring

· A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in economics or a related field.

· Experience working with roaming services and partner relationships.

· Experience in roaming negotiations or roaming discount agreements.

· Experience analysing relatively large data sets and performing detailed financial calculations.

· Experience working in virtual, international teams.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

· Fluent spoken and written English.
