Leads partner onboarding and technical integrations for mobile network operators and digital partners across APAC. Owns solution configuration, API integration support, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring. Advises partners on platform operations, facilitates workshops, translates business requirements into solutions, and coordinates Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and operational teams. Improves onboarding processes, documentation, reporting, and customer journeys while supporting strategic engagements and business growth.
