Owns solution configuration, API integration support, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring. Advises partners on platform operations, facilitates workshops, translates business requirements into solutions, and coordinates Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and operational teams. Improves onboarding processes, documentation, reporting, and customer journeys while supporting strategic engagements and business growth.

Owns the success, growth, adoption, retention, and expansion of Mobile Network Operator customers across APAC. Leads digital product onboarding and implementation, builds stakeholder relationships, translates customer needs into technical requirements, supports launches and integrations, identifies commercial opportunities, monitors performance, supports renewals, and develops strategic partner relationships across the digital ecosystem.

Own commercial performance and wholesale roaming P&L for managed roaming customers across APAC. Build customer partnerships, set targets, lead performance reviews, coordinate roaming negotiators and delivery teams, optimize traffic steering and discount agreements, shape coverage priorities, and use data and commercial insight to improve customer outcomes.
