About the Opportunity
As OKX expands in Singapore, we are strengthening our second-line risk management function to support our next phase of sustainable growth in an evolving regulatory landscape.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Risk to shape and scale our financial and non-financial risk frameworks, ensuring OKX remains at the forefront of risk excellence as we increase our local presence.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various domains. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead key risk initiatives while collaborating with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Security, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to support OKX’s expansion in Singapore, aligned to regulatory requirements from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
  • Drive risk assessment, mitigation, and control processes across both financial and non-financial risks, including market, counterparty, liquidity, operational, compliance, technology, and third-party risks.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to embed a strong risk culture and proactively manage risk exposure.
  • Lead deep-dive risk reviews, documenting processes, assessing controls, and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide clear, data-driven risk reporting to senior management.
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts, including risk-related regulatory interactions and reporting obligations.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and horizon scanning, ensuring OKX is prepared for evolving market conditions.
  • Act as a strategic risk advisor, partnering with senior management to align risk management with business objectives.
What We Look For In You 
    • 8 - 11 years of experience in risk management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
    • Strong expertise in Financial Risk (market, counterparty, liquidity) or Non-Financial Risk (operational, compliance, cybersecurity, third-party)—with a willingness to develop across both.
    • Ability to independently manage risk projects, conduct risk-control assessments, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory expectations—experience with MAS requirements and other regulatory frameworks is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise risk insights to senior leadership.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where priorities evolve quickly.
    • Possess a bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; alternatively, demonstrate equivalent professional experience with relevant certifications.
    • Passion for fintech, crypto, and blockchain, with a strong interest in shaping risk strategies in the digital asset industry.
