Risk Governance & Conduct Management

As a Risk Governance & Conduct Management professional at OCBC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the bank's risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and develop and implement effective risk governance and conduct management frameworks. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk governance and conduct management frameworks, identifying and assessing risks, and collaborating with various stakeholders to mitigate risks. You will also need to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure that the bank's risk management practices are always current.

What you do
Develop and implement effective risk governance and conduct management frameworks to ensure that the bank's risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Identify and assess risks, and collaborate with various stakeholders to mitigate risks
Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that they are current and effective
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, risk management, and compliance, to ensure that risk management practices are integrated and effective
Develop and deliver risk management training programs to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage risks

Who you are
At least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, preferably in the banking or finance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Relevant certifications, such as CFA, FRM, or CRCM, are an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
