We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Risk Capital and Stress Testing Analyst.

In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support regional implementation of the Firm's stress testing program by coordinating with regional and global teams and assisting in the execution of the regional priorities.

  • Preparation and analysis of regional stress testing results, including consolidating portfolio analysis from regional risk teams and supporting reporting enhancements.

  • Contribute to regional stress testing initiatives, including stress testing gap assessments, framework enhancements, capital planning activities, and policy updates.

  • Support the annual portfolio limits review process through data gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Monitor and assess adherence to regional stress testing regulatory requirements and assist in tracking remediation of identified gaps.

  • Assist in the delivery of risk capital initiatives and regulatory projects, including the implementation of capital frameworks such as the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB).

  • Support stress testing and risk capital working groups by preparing meeting materials, performing analysis, documenting discussions, and tracking action items.

  • Partner with Legal Entity and Country Risk Officers to maintain a strong risk and control environment through effective policies, procedures, and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams in the governance and review of risk models, End User Computing (EUC) applications, and risk management tools.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and risk management processes through automation and process enhancements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Market Risk, Stress Testing, or Capital Management concepts (e.g., FRTB)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis, automate routine tasks, and enhance analytical effectiveness

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams

  • Understanding of regulatory capital frameworks (e.g., Basel, FRTB) is advantageous

  • Experience with reporting automation, data visualization, or programming (e.g., Python, VBA, Power BI) is a plus
