What You Will Do

  • Lead month-end close activities, including reconciliations, flux analysis and journal entry approvals for deferred and recognised revenue.

  • Ensure revenue is recognised accurately and on time, adhering to relevant accounting standards.

  • Oversee compliance, making sure all revenue streams meet global accounting requirements like ASC 606/IFRS 15.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and automate finance workflows, reducing manual effort.

  • Play a central role in revamping legacy systems and processes, moving towards scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

  • Partner with data and product teams to enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure finance operations align with business needs.

  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition tasks.

What You Will Need

  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or data analytics.

  • Have a background in accounting, such as CPA/ACCA or in data/analytics with significant finance exposure.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of P&L management and how revenue flows through the business.

  • Be hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.

  • Bring a builder mindset, enjoying the process of creating, improving and challenging existing ways of working.

  • Show a strong interest in leveraging automation, systems or AI tools to improve finance processes.

  • We are particularly interested in candidates based in Singapore, including Singaporeans and PRs, who are keen to build and grow with us.
