Revenue Operations Manager

The Role (Describe the role): In this role, you will work to develop and support solutions for complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges leveraging AI with CRM data. You will partner with cross-functional and Sales leadership teams across various sales segments to develop and land solutions that meet their needs at scale through effective and efficient usage of CRM. You are deeply curious and persistent in gaining knowledge about adapting and aligning existing systems to a go-to-market strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

System Ownership & Optimisation

  • Act as the primary Admin for CRM (HubSpot).
  • Drive continuous system improvements, automation, process enhancements and governance controls.

 

Revenue Reporting & Analytics

  • Partner with Finance to provide insights into revenue drivers and support forecasting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across billing and reporting systems.

 

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support rollout of new pricing models, billing rules, and system enhancements by preparing user communications, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Act as the change agent to help finance and business stakeholders adapt smoothly to new revenue processes.
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency and user acceptance.
  • 20% travel in SEA expected to support user adoption initiatives. 

Essential Requirements :

  • HubSpot Revenue Operations : https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/revenue-operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Candidates with up to 5 years of sales operations experience, preferably with exposure to finance operations, or systems administration with basic understanding of finance/accounting processes.
  • Good with MS Excel and some experience with ChurnZero, ClickUp applications. 

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Finance and technical teams.
  • Interest in change management, process adoption, and driving operational improvements.
