About this role

The Revenue Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing ABM strategies aimed at Circles’ high-value global accounts. The focus is on creating impactful campaigns that drive thought leadership, brand awareness, and engagement across the top and middle of the funnel, aligned with our sales teams. This is a high-profile role, working closely with the VP of Marketing and the sales team to ensure alignment with Circles' strategic revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABM and content marketing, and be comfortable collaborating across departments to drive results.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value global accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify key accounts and create personalized, high-impact campaigns that align with the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives and engagement, focusing on top-of-funnel awareness and middle-of-funnel nurturing strategies.
  • Create content and messaging tailored to target accounts, ensuring relevance and alignment with their business needs and challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies for greater impact.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed and delivered on time, supporting overall marketing and sales alignment.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that span digital channels, email marketing, and direct account engagement to maximize impact and drive conversion.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns.
  • Ability to pull together compelling ABM plans, iterating with the sales team is essential to this role.
  • Strong content creation, messaging, and storytelling skills, with a focus on thought leadership.
  • Ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Knowledge and experience running marketing campaigns targeted at the CXO level is a definite plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and using insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors is a plus but not required.
