As a Retoucher, you will manage visual production for e-commerce and advertising, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment while collaborating with creative teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end retouching for visual communication materials across e-commerce, website, product launches, advertising assets and campaign editorials
- Manage digital pre- and post-production workflows for model and product imagery, including cropping, retouching, colour correction and file optimisation for various platforms
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, consistency and turnaround time
- Ensure all imagery meets brand guidelines and quality standards, with strong attention to colour accuracy, detail and visual consistency
- Conduct quality checks and proofing to ensure outputs are aligned with internal standards and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver assets that are both visually compelling and commercially effective
- Optimise and maintain digital asset management practices, including file naming, organisation and version control
- Stay updated on emerging AI and digital imaging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and output quality
- Provide support and perform other tasks as assigned when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or related disciplines
- Experience in photo retouching with demonstrated portfolio, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of photography, lighting and colour theory is a plus
- Comfortable working across both Mac and PC environments
- Strong eye for detail, particularly in colour accuracy, composition and visual consistency
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage high-volume output
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Keen interest in fashion, luxury, art and design, with awareness of current visual trends and digital innovation
