About the Opportunity

As a R&D Intern, you will contribute to research and development projects spanning process engineering, materials characterization, product development, data analytics, and emerging semiconductor technologies. You will work alongside experienced technical teams and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support research, product development, and engineering initiatives

  • Conduct experiments, testing, simulations, and data analysis to support project objectives

  • Assist in process characterization, optimization, and technology development activities

  • Develop reports, presentations, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables

  • Support innovation, continuous improvement, and problem-solving initiatives

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program at a local university in Singapore

  • Internship must be a mandatory or credit-bearing component of your academic curriculum

  • Able to provide a valid internship support letter from your university for onboarding purposes

  • Available for a full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 20 weeks between January and June 2027

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Application Process

Our internship opportunities are project-based and hiring needs vary across teams within the R&D Business Unit. Applications will be reviewed by relevant hiring managers based on current project requirements. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
