Research Associate (Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Cybersecurity / Artificial Intelligence)

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to contribute to the design and implementation of simulation environments, intelligent testing and traffic analysis frameworks, automated security evaluation tools, experimental studies and technical documentation
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the simulation and testing environment for drone communication protocols.
Design and implement intelligent frameworks for protocol fuzz testing and security evaluation.
Develop traffic analysis methods for anomaly detection, behaviour classification and attack inference.
Conduct experiments to assess protocol robustness, security and resilience under abnormal and adversarial conditions.
Develop automated methods for validating identified vulnerabilities and evaluating potential attack scenarios.
Analyse experimental results and contribute to the improvement of the developed frameworks and methodologies.
Develop LLM-based agentic frameworks for generating intelligent and diverse fuzzing inputs.
Prepare technical documentation, project reports, research publications and presentations, and work with the research team to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in software development, cybersecurity, network protocols, artificial intelligence or related research areas.
Good programming skills in languages such as Python, C or C++.
Familiarity with Linux-based development environments, software debugging and testing tools.
Knowledge of network communication, protocol analysis, vulnerability assessment or traffic analysis.
Experience with machine learning, large language models, automated testing or security research would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research team, with good written and verbal communication skills.
