Research Assistant (Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in vulnerability analysis, verification, and Proof-of-Concept testing across software systems and platforms.

• Develop scripts, tools, and prototypes to support research activities.

• Collect, process and analyse large-scale datasets.

• Support the design and implementation of experiments, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks.

• Conduct literature reviews and surveys of emerging cybersecurity technologies and research trends.

• Assist in preparing technical reports, research papers, presentations, and project deliverables.

• Participate in meetings with project collaborators

• Support the maintenance of research infrastructure, datasets and software repositories.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with vulnerability analysis, secure software development and program analysis

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, or related languages.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
