We are looking for a Research Assistant to conduct research on 3D reconstruction, with a particular focus on developing advanced 3D Gaussian Splatting techniques for dynamic and streaming scenarios. The role will involve designing and implementing novel algorithms for efficient, high-fidelity 3D scene reconstruction and representation, including applications in embodied environments where an agent must continuously perceive, update, and reason about its surrounding world.
Key Responsibilities:
The research assistant will focus on the following tasks
Data collection and processing
Conducting experiments and analyzing results
Providing general support for the lab
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge and experience in world model, computer vision and deep learning
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as Python
