  • Integrate regulatory intelligence into product feasibility and design – to ensure compliance and market readiness from concept through launch.
  • Draft regulatory communications for internal and external use – to enable consistent, accurate messaging that supports decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams – to confirm product designs meet regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient, compliant go-to-market execution.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives – to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of regulatory intelligence across regions and improve product-innovation quality.
  • Represent ACT in industry and regulatory conferences or workshops – to share ACT’s expertise, strengthen external networks, and reinforce ACT’s leadership position in environmental markets.

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex policy frameworks and translate them into actionable business implications.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with regional and global R&D priorities. Sound judgment and structured problem-solving to balance regulatory and policy requirements with market opportunity.
