Role Overview

We are building a dedicated OPS team responsible for managing the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment across multiple projects and stakeholders. The role requires strong technical acumen, process ownership, and the ability to orchestrate activities between infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure reliability, efficiency, and seamless execution of UAT.

Key Responsibilities1. Governance & Reliability of UAT Environment
  • Govern the UAT environment life cycle and ensure its stability and reliability.
  • Manage regular data refreshes from PROD, execute batch runs, and resolve infra/app-level issues.
  • Collaborate with SMEs across infrastructure and application layers to plan and execute environment activities.
2. UAT Utilization & Testing Coordination
  • Oversee utilization of the environment for user acceptance testing.
  • Orchestrate the testing calendar and coordinate across hundreds of teams/projects.
  • Liaise between change owners to ensure minimal conflicts and smooth execution.
  • Provide dashboards, reports, and updates to senior management on environment and testing status.
3. Application Onboarding & End-to-End Integration
  • Drive continuous onboarding of new applications into the end-to-end UAT environment.
  • Act as a technical project manager, orchestrating activities between infra, middleware, and application SMEs.
  • Ensure compliance, efficiency, and standardization in the onboarding process.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong IT infrastructure and application architecture acumen to engage effectively with SMEs.
  • Proven process ownership and experience in managing environment governance.
  • Experience in testing lifecycle management and understanding dependencies between projects, testing scopes, and applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including pitching to senior leadership.
  • Experience with dashboarding & reporting tools.
  • Prior exposure to technical project management and cross-functional orchestration.
