Relationship Officer - United Overseas Bank Ltd
Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer is responsible for administrative and sales support of one or more sales people.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver seamless and integrated banking services.
* Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing excellent customer service.
