How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to take a holistic approach to understanding your clients' financial situations, goals, and aspirations. This involves building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing expert advice on investment, wealth planning, and other financial matters. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders will be key to your success.
What you do

·         Acquire, develop, and maintain client relationships.

·         Responsible for achieving annual revenue and net new money targets, as well as assigned business objectives.

·         Trusted advisor who succeeds in understanding and serving clients’ diverse needs; Competent in advising clients on investment products and services. Build market share; able to enhance client asset size over time.

·         Actively involved in new business development; able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities.

·         Keep up to date with products and services; provide inputs for new product development.

·         Monitor tasks for quality assurance to meet client servicing requirements.
Who you are

·         AUM book size of minimum USD 200 mio

·         At least 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience

·         Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills

·         Good university degree

·         Preferably completed professional qualifications: CACS Papers I and II

·         Driven and entrepreneurial

·         Good business acumen

·         Able to read, write and communicate fluently in both English and Japanese are strongly preferred as this proficiency is required to communicate with clients from the Japanese market.
