Why Join 

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Global TMT team at OCBC, spearheading strategic initiatives to broaden, expand and deepen relationships for a portfolio of TMT corporate clients

What you do

1. Provide active coverage of leading TMT clients with a primary focus on Asian markets

2. Originate, structure and execute mandates across a broad range of products, including Structured Finance, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Treasury solutions

3. Prepare and review financial models incorporating P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections, supported by robust commercial and market assumptions

4. Ensure timely preparation and submission of credit proposals, pitchbooks and meeting deal execution timelines

5. Mobilise and lead internal stakeholders and product teams to develop and present customised, innovative financing solutions to clients

 

Who you are 

  • Degree holder in Economics, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in investment banking or corporate banking

  • Good knowledge and experience in TMT and understand the relevant geopolitical situation  

  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities

  • Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth
