Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients in the Client Segment to ensure high quality delivery of banking services and expand wallet share of CIMB
  • To originate and on-board new to bank clients in the respective Client Segment 

  • To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relations to this segment of customers

  • To provide regional coordination as regional account manager for key regional clients located in Singapore
  • To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence

  • To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers 

  • To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
  • Perform credit and marketing activities for this client segment if necessary 

  • To prepare / review / oversee facilities approvals (in collaboration with Credit Risk Analytics department), documentation and drawdown for this client segment in Singapore 


Requirements:


Qualifications

  • Degree holder 


Relevant Work Experience 

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience (of which at least 2 years dealing with Fintech clients) and KYC experience in relevant industry 

Competencies/Skills 

  • Relevant experience in managing liability clients and deep understanding of KYC processes. Good institutional relationships with clients in the Client Segment will be an advantage
  • Good relationship management and people engagement skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding in financial and credit analysis
  • Good understanding of the payments industry and AML/CFT risks. Knowledge of digital assets will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of relevant financial services products especially in Cash management and FX/Treasury
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.  Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Team player
